Default Bloated goats

Hey everyone,
I'm not sure how I can tell if my goats are bloated or just getting bigger. It doesn't look like there is a difference between their two sides but I'm not an expert. Are there any other ways of telling and how should a "normal" goats stomach feel if I was holding or touching it? I have two pygmy goats around three months old.
Thanks

This page has pictures of bloated goats- http://goat-link.com/content/view/16/29/#.UcI1tCrn_Y8

And this one shows just plain fat goats- http://fiascofarm.com/goats/bloat.htm

You goat's left side should be full, but not hard. If his/her left side is hard, he is in pain, grinding his teeth, or crying out, then he may be bloated.

They look normal in those pics, but if the left side is high up & hard it's bloat.
See how both sides are pretty equal?
Go get a feel for what's normal so you'll know for sure.
