She looks good, not really tight. Good work.
You don't want it to feel super tight, it is like no give. You like to feel some give of softness when you gently push on her udder. You will also see it, she will look like she will explode. But you do not want her to get to that point.
Milk her when you see she is just getting tight, it only has to be enough so she is not tight feeling. When kids are first born, they don't nurse enough, for what she is producing, so we watch and relieve as needed.
When the kids get a bit older, she should be OK, but always watch in case.
You do not want to see in the milk, any clumps, strings, blood, or a hot udder or hardness to it.
If it is hard to milk, it may be congested or mastitis. Both must be relieved and treated right away.
