Messinese

    Also called the Nebrodi goat, the Messinese is a found in the Nebrodi and Peloritani mountain ranges in the Messina region in north-eastern Sicily. The Messinese is bred especially for its milk which is used to make different kinds of cheese. The Messinese are longhaired with white, black and brown coats.
