I am trying to buy some B-Complex from Jeffers, but I noticed they have two different types.
One is Fortified B-Complex and one is B-Complex Plus. What is the difference? Would either one be the right choice to use for goats? I think what we have now is High Level B-Complex, but we are almost out. Thanks for your advice!!

I believe the B-Complex Plus has more in mg of things. It is hard to read the label on the jeffers site but it looks like it may have just a bit more.

I usually get the Fortified B-Complex, it has 100 mg which has been good for my goats.

Okay, Thank you.
Would it be harmful to use the B-Complex Plus? They have the same ingredients, except the Plus has 1000 mcg cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)
What does that mean?
