I second bad teeth. Can you look? Notice any swellings around the mouth?

Offer soaked food to help get some nutrition in.

What all does your goat eat? I'd have a vet check him out. It really sounds like a tooth issue. Did you thoroughly check his back teeth, both uppers and lowers?

First we need to know what you currently feed him. Second he really needs his back teeth thoroughly checked.

Have a fecal done to include coccidia when the vet comes.

Vet just left,he checked his teeth, they were fine.Put a tube down his throat and no blockage.Did not think it was tetnus or coccidia but i will give him a treatment for that just in case.He gave him penicillan and and something for pain.He still is not eating his grass. It just hangs out both sides of his mouth.Any more suggestions:?.Thanks Dan

You really need to have a fecal done before treating.
