My my parents went to a food specialist a few years ago to get their blood checked. Anyway I thought I'd ask him if he thought raw milk was good or not. He said it is definitely better than pasteurized milk but still not healthy.

I feel like it can't be that bad though. I understand pasteurized milk with the hormones they give the cows and all the processing and tubing it goes through makes it not very healthy, plus all the gmo corn they feed the cows.
But anyway I don't see how a...

Hi everybody. First off, I am thankful to have a forum like this where I can get advice!

My year old buck had diarrhea and was off feed. I noticed this on Wednesday and by Thursday I was able to get a vet to come over. The buck's temperature was 103, so the vet gave him antibiotics and b-12 vitamins, electrolytes, etc- all the things he needed- also got his fecal analysis which showed no worms or cocci. The buck's diarrhea seems better now and is not as diaherrea-ish (I haven't seen...
She can see the buck across the fence and he seems to know she’s not in heat anymore, mean while she is desperately trying to get over to him. We have also noticed a decrease in her milk volume, is this normal during this time? Is there something such has a fake heat?
I read up on the signs to look for when they go into heat and had been watching her closely.
On oct. 2nd evening, she was beginning to act somewhat aggressive. She would toss her horns at me if I tried to pet her (usually loves back scratches) and was trying to ram the neighbors goats through the fence. I didn't notice any tail wagging or swelling of the back end.
So I asked about how big she is, the person said oh.. maybe 60 pounds. A small goat.
My friend and I hopped in her car with a dog crate and drove 40 minutes to pick her up. Well... Miss Tilly was not a small goat, more like a fat medium sized goat. haha. No can fit in the crate.
