Showing good Hoof and the Other with Wall off

Was checking goats feet today and found Aspens wall tore away from the foot on the inside of his left hoof. I trimmed it all the way back to keep mud from pushing it out. We have had lots of ice and mud this winter but have never seen this before any thoughts on care etc?

Ok now his feet were not long but walls were soft from all the wet, he has no smell, nothing coming out of the area. In fact after I cut this back and got him on concrete it was dry. The ground here has frozen, then thawed, horse hoof makes walking on the ground a challenge. It looks like this inside wall got tore off then packed with mud. Tonight it had slight mud in there but was dry after I cleaned it out. Is there anything I can do or put on this to help it heal. He is not limping or lame in anyway.
