      Does your doe get broody? Looks for a secluded place? Up an down, nervously scratchung up a nest? Gets a thousand yard stare? Off feed? Yes mucus, but swollen vulva precedes the mucus.
      These are all signs of impending labor. But not all does present all these syptoms.

        She just went into labor today this is around her fourth hour. Hoping to see kids tonight! Thanks for the advice, she has been nesting she is secluded, and has been making these mini moans but she is taking her time. I can tell she is in a pain because she has been curling her lip and stretching her neck and grinding her teeth.

      Our 8 light Brahma chickens began laying eggs today! Annie is filling her udder with milk slowly but no other signs of labor yet
