Doe acting up with milking & strange smelling poop

Pearl is a 2 year old San Clemente Island doe whose single 12-week doeling left here on 2/17. She had a heat cycle on 2/18. Her udder got very full, and I started milking her 1x a day to ease the fullness mainly. She's been handling it pretty well until yesterday, when she got very kicky & bitey, and broke my Henry Milker (which I use because of small teats and stiff fingers). I noticed during the day she was more feisty with other does. Last night she was even more kicky/bitey, and her udder was full. I got a little milk out & gave up. Her temp was normal 102.1. This morning she tolerated hand milking a bit better for a short while, but would not tolerate the Henry Milker at all. Also, I noticed yesterday & today her poop smells weird, kind of like burnt chemicals, hard to describe. Her udder is not lumpy or hard. Is she just going through some hormone thing? She's bottlefed and isn't fearful of me at all, and tends to bite at me when she doesn't like what I'm doing. This is her 2nd freshening, and I milked her for a few days after her first batch of kids (twins) left last year, and don't recall her getting this fighty with me about milking. Should I send in a fecal test because of the strange odor? Is there something else I should do other than monitor her and continue to try getting some milk out to prevent mastitis?

Good morning. I should have the result on her fecal tomorrow. This morning her udder is quite full and she would not allow me to even hand milk her one bit. I'm going to let her go cold turkey without milking, and cut out all grain. I will watch for any signs of mastitis such as heat, pain, redness, or swelling of the udder, or fever, depression or poor appetite. Right now she has none of these signs. I am also going to try to feed her some dried sage to help the dry off process.

Update! Her fecal showed 1450 cocci. Still refusing any kind of milking, so she is day #3 without and very full, no grain 2 days (and very little before that). Today I gave her Toltrazuril orally and noticed her mouth & spit smell awful. She also had smelly poop she the last 2 days (like burnt chemicals). I can't describe how her spit smells, but definitely yuck. I'm thinking something is off with her gut and I should give her Probiotics. She appears and acts healthy. Is there something else I should do?

Update! I've been leaving her alone with her full udder and she's been fine, but today I either had to go to the store to get some milk for my tea OR try to milk her again. So, I tried hand milking her, and OOH LA LA, she let me! She was quite calm about it, compared to 1 week ago!! I suspect the Baycox for Coccidia and the dark beer for tummy ailments has helped her, and her attitude is more normal. Yay! Thanks to y'all.
