Congrats on your babies, so sorry about the loss. What a strong mama. Hoping all is well with her and she recovers well. I agree to keep giving her nutritious options to regain her strength!

Vet is more with my goat then with his wife.. but she is old 17 years old and she just had 5 babies.. we give all we can but you cant fight with nature.. we try get her up everyday but she cant do it.. we Will see what to do as long as she look fine and not in deep pain i Will let her live so her 3 doelings have milk, i also have another goat her doughter Doris 5 years old and she had quads so i cant put 3 more babies form Dagmar on her. Dagmar is fine as fine she could ne, but i Will not let her laying for ever, when kids are 8 weeks old if she dont get better vet Will put jer down. I had 17 great years with my Dagmar and i dont want her to suffer more than she should suffer!

Not sure if this'll help but a friend of mine had an older doe that had a lot of kids (4 big ones) and she basically went paralyzed in the back legs. The vet determined that the large amount of kids plus her age had cut off blood to her legs or pinched a nerve. He gave her something for it and after a while she got right back up. Not sure if your doe had the same problem but just a thought.
