I have been investigating the logistics of having my goats processed and then selling the meat. I have found out all the regulations in our area, am looking at market issues, but wanted to know if there is anyone here that does this that would help a girl out!

I am wondering how much I should sell my bred oberhasli does for? They will produce about 2 gallons a day at peak and aren't terrible show goats. I am located in northern California in a pretty urban area. What is your usual price for selling pregnant registered goats?
