Our 10 month old doeling lost her voice

She acts fine otherwise and is the only one with this

What might it be?

So how would you suggest I use it for a 100 pound goat? Dose? How often ?
Well you can be creative. I mix it with applesauce, or you can add molasses to form a little ball and give it as a treat, or mix with water and carefully drench.

It's not like a drug, the dosing is never exact or worrisome. Maybe 1/2 tsp twice daily.

Interesting. Have you used this and had success with it?
I have not personally used it in a goat with voice loss. I have successfully used it in human cases for voice loss. I do use it with goats, for throat support (irritated) or digestive support, I am always pleased with the results. It is really just a a soother.

We gave her Benydril for 3 days and her voice has come back! We aren’t sure if it’s coincidence or an allergy? The only thing different for them was I gave them part of a pine tree to chew on, so we also just took that away!? Not sure if the tree caused it, if there is something in the air, or what?

We are thinking of no longer giving her the Benedetto now-any thoughts?
