Give him a shot of B complex ..that should help kick start his day : ) Then On your way to town to get a new thermometer, my as well grab some fresh poo and drop it off at the vet for a fecal, include cocci...and the get a temp on him..

Soft poo can be too much graze,grain..new food adjustment..grazing on wet pasture, worms or cocci..

Snotty nose can be the start of puenomia, allergies or a cold...

smelly dark brown scream cocci...treatment is a good idea ;)

weather change can bring on upper respiratory infection..tylan 200 is a good over the counter choice..1 cc per 25# every 12 hours..I wouldn't wait until you see fever in this case...fever can spike and drop and if you check temps during a drop it could be too late..its the only time I would suggest antibiotics with out fever....coughing and snotty nose weather change, can =URI
