5 month goat has diarrhea and watery stomach

Our little doeling is 5 months. When we got her a month ago we noticed tapeworm so I dosed with valbazen. She never had any diarrhea or soft poop then. Now a month later she is either pouring poop or huge soft poops.

When she's walking beside me I'm also hearing water sloshing in her stomach.

What do you suggest I can do for her?

Let's get her temperature. Sloshy tummy and runny poop is not good. Get her some probiotics every day. B complex daily as a support. Check her famacha for anemia. And get a fecal done if you can. If you can not get a fecal done, I wpuld deworm her, especially if anemic. Valbazen 1 cc per 10 pounds and booster in 10 days. For treatment of tape worm with valbazen needs 3 days in a row..was that done or only once?
Has she had coccidia prevention?

I would also do cd antitoxin. I often forget to mention this because it's hard to find. its a needed medication if you can get it. Milk of magnesia is next best treatment if not.

Is she bloated, or does her rumen look normal? I would get a fecal done asap, you can use scour halt or spectoguard in the meantime . Check her famacha and temp. Only feed hay or browse while scouring. Gives
electrolytes to prevent dehydration.

I have milk of magnesia...how much would you do?
They are out on pasture so we haven't fed grain for a few weeks
Milk of magnesia is 1/4 cc per pound.
