6 1/2 week old kid with 106.2 temp!!! need help ASAP!!!

    OK, is he at all sound rattly in the chest? What does the poo look like. I agree with Stacey. You have to figure out what is causing this, that way you will have the correct way to treat it instead of just taking a stab in the dark.

    I gave him the shot last night and he was better this morning. He was up moving around. He sounds normal in his chest, no rattling whatsoever. I gave him more vit b this morning before I left for work and had hubby check on him today. Do I need to give another antibiotic shot??????

    poo looks normal but he was straining a bit this morning when I left for work....what do I need to do about that?

    baby is fine now, eating, drinking, playing....thanks for all the help.

    Alyssa, that is wonderful! I am glad he is back to normal, it's just awful when the little ones get sick, but even better when they make a quick recovery!

    Thanks everyone! He is completely back to normal...I must have caught whatever it was soon enough...thank the Lord!!! :pray:
