How much AC should I be giving my two ND wethers. They share 1/4 cup of grain in am and 1/4 cup in evening and alfalfa/grass mix hay. Right now I put a 1/2 tsp on their morning feed. Sometimes I notice it doesn't always stick to the feed completely. Should I use molasses to make it stick? They are about 6 months of age. Also Do I need to increase the AC as they gain weight? These stones they can develop scare me :( Help, please!

I use that same feed, at this time my boys get it along with my does. I do keep Manna Pro loose minerals available freechoice for my boys, it has the AC already in it. If you want to be sure they get the appropriate amount, try mixing a 1/8 teaspoonful into a bit of grape jelly and put it on a small piece of bread or a cracker as a treat.

We also have mana pro out free choice. Do they need the 1/8tsp daily in addition to mana pro?

There are two ways to give it.
A treatment which is 7-10 days of 3 tablespoons a day. (Or was it teaspoons?) Which ever one is smaller.
A preventative which is 3 lbs per 50 lbs bag of loose mineral mix.
