Is there a list somewhere? I keep trying to find a judge list or something but I'm coming up blank.

What documentation is needed? Can they look at pictures or does it have to be in person? What does it normally cost?

Anyone that is an ADGA member can certify a NOA application.

The person just needs to look at the animal or pictures of and certify that it meets breed specifications for a single breed (not a cross breed).

The person must write out a letter with their name and ADGA number, the animals name, that they have physically seen the animal or pictures of, and what breed the animal conforms to.

Attach that to a registration paper and mail in to ADGA. You will need to send in the appropriate registration fees for the animal/s
