Get some zinc sulphate from your fertilizer supplier and make up a 10% mix with water. Have her stand in the mix for about 20 mins a couple of times a week & keep her feet as dry as possible over night. So that means giving her something elevated to sleep on in her shed overnight. The pallets that bricks come on are perfectly fine if you cant find anything else.

The feet will be dramatically better in no time at all.
