lighter goat milk soap

I think it must be the flash on the camera. The soap pictured is a yellowish tan color. In this particular batch I had to use some powedered goats milk as I couldn't get anymore raw this time of year.

I have to buy in teh milk for several reasons......Fainters have tiny fawcets...lol and because I make way too much product for the herd size I have. Depending on the time of year, I can make 4 plus gallons of each product per week.

You need a LaMancha LOL!
We only milked two of ours this past season, and one milked about 5 to 6 quarts a day and the other 4 to 5 quarts a day. And lovely handles and openings. Now, I just need more time to make soap. :) We froze milk to make soap with before they freshen again, and have yet to use half of it. Now if only I didn't have to have a "real" job. (sigh..)
