Martha's little girl went for the longest time without a name, until one day dad and I were doing buck chores and we kept hearing a baby cry. Nobody else was out so I went and checked what was the matter. Martha's little girl had fallen in the water bucket and just had her head out crying. I got her out and ran her in the house. Later on after she was all dried off and back in the barn, my brother asked me how 'Splash' was doing..... its stuck ever since  And she has jumped into the bucket several times since then.

Just thought that was funny :)

That is a very cute name and I enjoyed hearing how she got it. I have a hen named Mo short for Mohawk. One of the roosters bit off the back of her comb leaving her with a mohawk. Suellen
