I'm worried about overdosing on copper I'm using the syringe and I have a doe that's pretty small and I need to copper bolus her.

Will I overdose her if I give her 1cc for 60 pounds? I can pick her up and carry her but she's getting pretty heavy thanks

What are you using? The copper boluses I have state 2 g's at 22 lbs. I know my kinders are around 60 lbs but since I put the capsule down their throat whole, I actually give 4 g's, so it is time released in their system, and I give them more since I am in a very copper deficient area...

I'm using the ones from Jeffers, their size is made for the goats instead of the cow ones. So would it be ok to give it to her even though she's smaller?

Okay, so you got the copasure ones, and she is 60 lbs. I would give her a 2g to start with wait a couple weeks, and if you notice improvement then that should be enough, some improvement but want more then give her another one. That is what I did my 1st time giving it to my kinders.
