Alrighty, I like the alternative to the pasturizer, but are there any alternatives to a cream seperator? I know you can let the cream rise and scoop some of it off, but I want something quicker. :)

Would really like to have a separator but the $$$$$ of one keeps me skimming milk!

I do let milk sit uncovered over night in the fridge...the cream will "skin" over and is ALOT easier to skim off......takes me about 2 weeks to get a quart of cream for butter.

That article, is that the one where they use a tub and a blender? I haven't clicked that link yet, but if so that seems really messy to me... (and a waste of milk)
