In our area, it is possible to get a license to sell raw milk. We don't have one (yet) but we do herd shares (well, in theory). I'm getting a ton of inquiries for raw milk, which is hopeful! Has anyone gone through the process of becoming a certified dairy? We do make our own cheese and eventually (after more than 1 year doing it, hehe) hope to be able to sell our cheeses. We do know that this also requires meeting all the food regs.
