If he is not in distress, eating, drinking, active, pooping berries, peeing just fine, bright eye and alert, chewing a cud burping and tooting, nice active rumen noises..I wouldnt be too concerned... if he seems uncomfortable , real hard belly, standing off hunched, crying in pain or any other signs..then treatment is needed..my first to go to is Baking soda. 1/4-1/2 teaspoon in enough water to drench then message message message, walk walk walk bouce bounce bouce repeat until I get things moving...
