Hello all. Just have a question. We have 3 blue eyed Nigerians. They are about 9mon old and we have noticed that their blue eyes have started fade from bright blue to very light. Is something missing from their diet?

Thanks

I believe that is normal for some goats' eyes to lighten as they get older. Could you post pictures just to be sure.

If you're worried about them not having a balanced diet, then it wouldn't hurt to tell us what you are feeding them, that way we would be able to tell you if they are missing anything from their diet or not. 😁

They get timothy hay free feed. Pellets from purina...meat goat. And vegetables and fruit. They love freeze dried vegetables...chips. And raisins and crasins. Tree leaves...
These are pets.

Sounds like they have a good diet. Do you feed any minerals? Can you post pictures of their eyes?
