Bottle babies and buttermilk

Discussion in 'Health & Wellness' started by CrazyDogLady, Dec 6, 2017.

  1. So, my husband came home from work and defrosted straight homemade buttermilk (made from goats milk). He thought it was regular milk. He gave it to a pair of month old bottle babies. They were hungry enough for their next bottle. Should they be fine? Probably ingested a half cup or so each. I'll watch for scours, I don't know why I'm so worried. Just alot of probiotics for tiny little guts.

Just keep an eye on them.

  3. Yeah, they're fine this morning. I worried about wet poopy butts in cold weather.
