You can give her some Probios. Keep her on the electrolytes for now. When you go back to milk, just get whole gow milk from the store.
Bottle baby with Scours
We have a 2 week old bottle baby who has been on milk replacer since she was 3 days old and was doing great until today. She started scouring this morning so I stopped the milk replacer and started her on electrolytes but it has gotten worse, it looks like mustard colored water. She is still very active and eager to eat. Is there anything I can do to help stop the scours?

Can you take a sample of her diarrhea in to your vet for analysis? There are a number of things besides her diet that can cause diarrhea. Better to rule out illness than risk losing her.
