Is it possible for a doe to have a full fledged heat each month & also be pregnant?

I have a doe who was bred, and her pooch is continually looking more 'bred' to me (but I could be wrong about that I suppose!)

But she has definitely shown signs of heat (more than I had ever seen pre breeding) flagging, mounting other does, blubbering like crazy, ect.

I would send a blood sample in to BioTracking.

Being in heat, month after month, I'd say no.

Is she acting in heat towards the buck or just the other does? If it's just the other does it could be she is a little hormonal, but if it is happening on schedule each month then I would say she is not bred.
