she was my best growing baby and was almost as big as her momma when i sold her the end of july
and she's gotten a little bigger and definetly healthy
their hooves were HORRIBLE but i take all blame for that
brenda has never had goats before and with all the chaos going on in my world right now i forgot to mention anything
but they are trimmed down and good now
and i showed them how to trim and what trimmers to get and all that good stuff
i pray for a late dec birth but i sold her july 20 so the latest would be dec 20 and a single healthy baby with a healthy, non-freaked out momma

ps) i'm taking my 11 year old son to Olan Mills tonite to have his pic taken
and we're taking a doeling with us!!!!!!!!!!! (olan mills is inside kmart)

Oh, please let us know how that went over at Olan Mills. My neighbor & I took Katie to Pet Smart one day. We were there for about 2 hrs. and had a lot of fun answering questions and showing off. Katie will shake hoofs/hands for a treat and get up on her back legs and 'dance' in a circle. We were invited back.

i bought diapers to keep Remmy from p'ing in the store
    but they didn't fit
so i turned it inside out to "catch"
    just in case
    lol
my son walks her in on a leash with me behind
(Jacque - she was SO well behaved - you would have been proud)
my manager looks at me (i've been working there for 6 weeks(kmart not olan mills)) and says
"what are you doing with a goat?!"
    taking pictures, of course!
    pictures went very well
she tried to p once and i got the diaper up in time and as soon as she felt it touch her back side she quit
then she poo'd - which i cleaned up
then while i was choosing which pose to use ryan took her back outside
he got between the 2 sets of doors (thank goodness it's lineoleum) and she p'd and poo'd
    LOL
    which i also cleaned up
many many ppl came up and wanted to pet her and brought their kids over
i even had one lady follow us out with her little (2) boy and ask if he could pet her
so now i can officially say i brought a goat to Kmart
    :slapfloor:

    thanx liz
Clover is the bigger doe - of course
and the littler one is AubryLouise
clover and aubry have the same sire but dif dams
they were born 2 days apart so they are like sisters and very close

That is so nice that they let you bring in animals. I have heard of this for senior pictures but not for younger children.

I must say Heavenly, aside from the beautiful goats, in the last picture, the background scenery is really nice. I could live there. lol.

My brother had his graduation pictures taken with our goat Jenna when she was a baby, and also our dog Izzy.. but then again they were taken at our place, outside, so we didn't have to clean up any messes :)

I'm glad Remmy did so well for you! Any pics? lol Sounds like you had fun!

And Clover looks like a growthy doeling...I would think she should do fine. :)
