Danae: kidded around 5pm. Huge red and white buckling. She is doing well but I’m worried about her. Really thought I pulled to hard to get him out but he is moving around just fine for such a big fellow.

Both mom and kid can take a lot of pulling. It is rare, we hurt them to where we kill or harm them.
Just try to pull when the doe pushes.

If she isn’t torn around the vulva, you didn’t over force it.

If she is swollen back there, you can put some hemorrhoid cream on her vulva to help there.

Congrats and good work. :)
