We recently bought two new goats. One is about 4 months old. I noticed she had a small bald spot, but didn't think much of it since she is in a new environment. Now, there is a hard bump in the bald spot. I've included a picture. It's located just above her front left leg. We bought the goats just as pets and aren't sure what this could be. Any advice?

Welcome to the goat spot!!

that lump Could be a Vaccination abscess. Keep a close eye on it. If it goes soft. You can Lance it and flush it out for a few days. If you do Lance it. Collect some pus to test to rule out CL. Just as precaution.
Not all accesses are CL. But it's good to rule it out. At 4 months old..its less likely to be CL. . More likely from a Vaccine or sticker .

Best wishes
