I convinced my l vet to draw blood and send in the paperwork for my goat to be tested for CAE. They are not goat vets by any means but tried to humor me. They got back to me and said that my goat's results were 3%. And that they would only worry about a retake if she was over 30-40%.

I was expecting a "she is positive" or "she is negative". What does 3% actually mean in this scenario? She was exposed? She is a carrier?
