Can’t identify external paradite

Hello,
It’s been a long time since I’ve been on this forum, but I need some help. I have two male myotonic goats that just lost their winter coat, but I noticed they’re losing more hair than usual and are awfully itchy. I found a few bugs on one of them, so I’m assuming both of them have them. I put one under a microscope but I can’t seem to identify it. It has wings, which is really throwing me off. I’ll attach a couple pictures of it as best I can. If anyone can help me figure out what this is I would really appreciate it!

Definitely looks like a mosquito. What are the bugs doing on them? Are they just flying in and landing on them or are you seeing bugs crawling on the skin?

The hair loss could easily be unrelated to the mosquito. Mites can't be seen with the naked eye and zinc deficiency also causes hair-loss.
There aren’t a terrible amount of them but they’re crawling on the skin near his rear. They’re about the size of a flea.
