No see ums are about flea size and bite too. They’re bad about biting furry animals. Especially in warm humid climates. I’d use Bronco Gold or Cedarcide on your goats to keep them off. are Your goats given a god loose mineral? Copper and zinc could be an issue with hair loss. Are they losing their winter undercoats?
Can’t identify external paradite

It’s been a long time since I’ve been on this forum, but I need some help. I have two male myotonic goats that just lost their winter coat, but I noticed they’re losing more hair than usual and are awfully itchy. I found a few bugs on one of them, so I’m assuming both of them have them. I put one under a microscope but I can’t seem to identify it. It has wings, which is really throwing me off. I’ll attach a couple pictures of it as best I can. If anyone can help me figure out what this is I would really appreciate it!
