Can’t identify external paradite

Hello,
It’s been a long time since I’ve been on this forum, but I need some help. I have two male myotonic goats that just lost their winter coat, but I noticed they’re losing more hair than usual and are awfully itchy. I found a few bugs on one of them, so I’m assuming both of them have them. I put one under a microscope but I can’t seem to identify it. It has wings, which is really throwing me off. I’ll attach a couple pictures of it as best I can. If anyone can help me figure out what this is I would really appreciate it!

Mosquitoes can definitely be biting them and cause them to itch and loose hair. And they prefer biting animals over humans so they could really be attacking the goats. Luckily there is many horse sprays that will keep mosquitoes away (we have a serious issue with the horses and them where we summer them)
