I'm just wondering what is the consensus on feeding chaffhaye to whethers?

Fine for them. Make sure their whole diet is at least 2:1 calcium to phosphorus.

It should be fine for wethers. Good for them to help up the calcium if you feed them any grain. The most important thing is overall balance of Ca. So look at minerals and other feds as well to see what they are intaking.
