Is it ok for my goats to snack on chicken feed? when i let the chickens out i sprinkle the start and grow on the ground and sometimes the goats will come and eat with them. its not a lot not even a cup.

It's not advisable but unless your goats start to show signs that it's not agreeing with them....like diarrhea and just a general being off and not being normal....I wouldn't worry too much til then...though I do think that everyone here has a goat or 2 that has "Starving goat syndrome" and they absolutely have to have it no matter what or how much there is

Is it medicated? a lot of chicken feeds have meds in them. I wouldnt feed it to them if it is. Chicken feed has a lot of corn it as well. Too much corn can cause acidosis in goats.
