I have been wanting to do more with my goats milk.. I make butter, now mt next goal is to work on making cheese. But I have to wait until I can buy a starter kit. But the other day I came across the easy recipe for making Queso blanco.. and I'm eager to start. But I don't have cheesecloth on hand. I read that I can use a cloth cotton T-shirt. Can I use my son's cotton undershirt and cut it into a square?
Also, I read to let this cheese hang for 4-5 hours. But how is it that it doesn't go bad.. spoil, being that it's a dairy product?
