This recipe is going to be sent to our local PBS station this week. It was posted on GW under a different name and I got some great raves. You can use any cuts but I found that a leg roast will not absorb all the flavor. About 8 steaks or chops a few splashes soy sauce handful each chopped leeks and as much or little garlic as you like Tablesp freshly chopped ginger Heaping T or so curry a few splashes vermouth 1 can coconut milk a few squirts lime juice a few sprinkles each Thai basil, lemon grass teasp white pepper and teasp sea salt. Put in fridge to marinate at least an hour. Bake at 300 in covered Dutch oven for 2 hours, add chopped greens during the last 15 minutes, serve with rice.
