Well for my Bday my dad wants to get me a nice set of clippers. mostly becuase i've been using his. lol
I have boers, and would only be clipping for shows, and birthing clips, and the clip woulnt need to be all the way to the skin.
which brand do you guys think is best? and most efficient? and particular models? thanks!

We have clippers from www.premier1supplies.com We have the 4000c clippers with the Xtra cover blades, the Xtra cover blades leave about a quarter inch of hair. We've tried other blades, and even the Course blades skin them to much but the Xtra cover blades are just perfect. They are expensive clippers, but they are really nice.

I have the large variable speed sunbeam by oster. They have the 83au and 84au blade in them (think thats is) but that works for dairy goats and shaves them pretty close, so if you need more hair you can get different blades. Contact the company you are getting them from and ask the blade sizes.
