Well I know it is the dead of winter, but I was sitting here and I realized I don't know anything about clipping a dairy goat and I may have one kidding in June. Does anyone want to share what they do?

    Much appreciated!

Here is a picture of how you clip them to look, basically you shave the whole goat and leave a poof at the end of their tail. I takes a little practice but anyone can clip a goat.

If you're just looking for a kidding clip there is a good picture of it in the kidding section if you go to hollys due soon ( i think thats the title of the thread)
When i do a kidding clip i shave down the back of the legs the inside of the legs the tail into a show tail and the udder and a little in front of the udder.
