That would be my first thought. Do you have anything to treat with? If so, I would start treatment and get fecal's done on all of them first thing in the morning.
I have nothing to treat with but I can they something at tax and Give it to them around 1130 tomorrow morning
They are 7 to 8 days old. And my sister works at a vet so she is taking it in tomorrow at noon
They have to be around 2 weeks old to have cocci or worms, they are way to young to have it.

It is odd, is that blood in it? Have they been going poo? You should be seeing colostrum color poo now.
If that is first poo, meconium, the blood may be from straining to poo. Can you try giving an enema and see if it helps.
We need to see colostrum color.
Well there's only been one little piece/pile of poo that had the red/blood in it. The rest looks like this. Yes that's a blanket they pooped on but it's theirs lol

See what they do in their next poo. They were taken from mom and stressed out. They waited to poo longer than normal since they were stressed out. They also weren't taking the bottle good right away. So see what their poo looks like in the morning since they are settling down.
We'll they just pooped and it looked like the last pic. I'll see in the morning
If they resently were taken from mom and given a bottle..they could be a tad bit constipaded...how much do they weigh, how much are they fed and what milk are they fed? cosntipation can cause some blood in poop from them straining...

They are too young for cocci meds or wormer..
They have been pooping a lot and I think it's normal. But last night the pebbles were hard. Idk if there supposed to be or still are this morning. There being fed while cows milk
The color isn't right, it should be milk color and not pelleted or hard at days old. They are a bit young to be starting on regular feed, so the poo color can't be from that. It concerns me with the consistency of their poo and color. It is good it isn't scours but, I would try the enema.

Being hard stool ,also may indicate not getting enough fluids.
Are they drinking well for you? Once they start drinking well, the poop should be normal but give them time to get all the old stuff out. You can always put a pinch of baking soda in one bottle per day. Probiotics don't hurt to give either like putting yogurt in their bottle.
What should I be giving them besides milk? The little boy has this on his but. Is this scours? What is an enema and were do I get it?

I have powders probiotics, should I be putting some in there milk?

It's not all coming out like this. I watched and he only squeezed a little bit of this out and he smeared it with his tail.

I would just clean him up and go from there. It does take time for their system to adjust and the poop to look normal. It doesn't look like scours. I have never used the powder probiotics so don't know how much you would put in a bottle. You won't have to permanently do this, just enough days till their system is used to everything new.
Yes they are drinking great. I'm giving them 2.5 to 3 ounces 4 to 5 times a day depending on how early they get fed. I have yogurt but it's flavored and Greek. Should I get regular vanilla yogurt or just use the probiotics? There the goats prefer brand
I would probably just use the probiotics. You shouldn't need to put much in their bottle. Do they seem satisfied with the amount or still extremely hungry?

Thank you ksalvagno, you have been extremely helpful! I really appreciate it, and I really appreciate everyone else help also!
When there finished with there bottle they will look for more all over me and suck on whatever they can get a hold of
If you feel they are too hungry, then I would add a little more to each bottle. They shouldn't be hysterically looking for more milk when done with a bottle.
