I recently had a coccidiosis outbreak in my dairy goat herd. Have that dealt with, and everyone is on the mend. Now I'm cleaning all hay, bedding, and manure out of their barn and pen to avoid a re-infestation. Here's my question: I'd panned on using the manure to enrich the soil in an area where we are putting a small (30x70) organic vineyard. Considering the recent coccidiosis, is this safe? Is there any risk of transplanting the parasites, or will drying in the sun be adequate to kill them? It will be next February before the grapes are planted
