Complicated Story And Questions. Advice?!

I need a little advice on a doe I purchased last August. She is an older doe and the only reason the person I got her from sold her was because she wanted to retire her. But turns out her buck had other plans so long story short my doe is pregnant and due anytime or...this is where it gets complicated. Honeydew (the doe) came into heat twice after we got her so I assumed she didn't take, problem solved right!?! But when she never came back into heat after that I was like okay what's going on so end of November we did an ultrasound and it showed nothing. But last week I was watching her and I put my hand of her side and definitely felt a baby kicking. So I bounced her gently thinking no this can't be right but it was all bone. Obviously the ultrasound was wrong and now I'm not sure if she is due now with the other person's buck or next month (2/9-11) with mine.
She has dropped a lot and her ligaments are softer. Little change in her udder and has had some discharge but I know they can have discharge for a couple of weeks. I don't know if she is a last minute during labor filler upper or fills up a couple of days before. I have a picture of what her udder looked like when she last had kids and what is looks like now. At this point I guess I just need opinions on her udder and lady bits to maybe pin point when.
This is what her udder looked like last year. (Also sorry, picture isn't the best.)

She doesn't look elongated, or in other ways ready in those. How are her ligaments, and is she hollowing out in the but? Some of those fill with the last minute and change radically but if she follows a more normal pattern I don't think she's ready yet. Though you can't depend on that.

I would pull blood and do pregnancy test. If positive, be ready for closest due date.

No matter what, you have to be prepared for the first date.
