The dry cough can sometimes happen with weather changes, it could even be an irritation like dusty hay, dry air that causes it. Not always the result of lungworm or pneumonia
I would dose her with a B Complex injection, probiotics and maybe even a warm wet mash made of her feed to entice her to eat, be sure she stays hydrated too, mine enjoy a bucket of hot molasses water when the temps are cold.
