My almost 2 year old, Daisy is due January 27th! Who wants to take a guess on how many she is going to have? She is a Nigerian/pygmy cross bred to my pygmy buck. She is a FF so I'm excited to watch her flourish into Momma Daisy 😍

LOL love the toasted marshmallow comment haha! She is such a pretty girl and has a cute belly and face! Hopefully she has one of each and not just bucks! If it helps, we've had Boer does in the past that acted bucky and even smelled bucky around their horns/poll and they had either twin does, doe/buck and long time ago we did have 1 that had twin bucks, that one was normally a quiet doe and she wanted to fight with everyone, one day she was a monster and I had to separate her from the others lol The other does that were smelling and acting bucky who had does and/or a buck in the mix were just bucky.

As long as they are healthy and labor is easy for her, I'll be happy! My very first kidding was a nightmare! It was actually Daisy's twin sister Ginger. They was not supposed to be bred. Daisy was open, Ginger somehow was bred to a Boer buck... Resulting in the cute Nigerian boer cross in the photo above. I lost Ginger after she had to have an emergency c section. 😕 it was heart breaking. Now I have my random boer cross who has a forever home with me.

This girl here is due in March. She becomes a monster during pregnancy. The only goat that she isn't a terror too is her daughter lol 😆 she is the smallest girl in my herd too, but she is the queen bee.

Daisy is starting to look like a marshmallow that someone put in the microwave. Only 9 days to go! Fingers crossed for a smooth kidding! 🙏 At least after my first disaster of a kidding. I feel confident enough to handle just about any problem thrown at me 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

It was actually her sister who had the problems. But it was because she was bred to a Boer before I bought her. Fence breeding.... nobody knew 😪 I have a very special little Nigerian/boer doeling out of it, but still sad I lost her mom. I'm hoping Daisy has a little reincarnated Ginger. We will see before long!

My darling little odd ball. I guess there isn't much little about her lol

When I get a spare minute and it isn't raining, I'll get some new pictures of Daisy! My little youngest Nigerian doeling, Maple is in her first heat. Daisy being miss hormonal.. is going mad like a buck in rut. 🤦‍♀️ thank God she doesn't smell bucky too! Lol 😂 that stench can stay on the other side of the yard.
