Use baking soda or corn starch to help control bleeding. I've had something similar; it healed over time. Possibly some suitable antibiotics too. Someone more experienced in this area will post soon.
Corn starch to stop the bleeding then antibiotic ointment every day until its healed. It should have been healed by now... Almost looks like the iron used was too big because if should be two seperate spots where they are dehorned. This looks like one big burn?
It looks like she scrapped her head on something. Make sure that there is nothing that can do that again.

It looks like just stopping the bleeding should help. Shouldn't need antibiotics.
I agree, it looks like too much area was burned and is taking extra long to heal. First thing is stop the bleeding and assess the wound. If it is just surface them keep it dry and watch for more bleeding. If it looks like she has injured it on something and the wound is deeper than it appears then see a vet.
hi ,i sprayed her antiseptic spray and i put on top baking soda and now the bleeding has stopped, but still needs to heel up a little!

O gosh....poor baby! Hope it heals well and fast!
Is she in with other goats? My goats get frisky in cooler weather and like to butt heads a lot. You ought to separate her for a week or so while this heals, maybe longer. Keep her where she can see her friends though.

I would personally put a triple antibiotic ointment on the area twice daily x 1 week (generic neosporin from a drugstore is great). That would help prevent infection in case she rubs it on stuff (wounds get itchy).

Poor thing, that must have smarted!

You know, I might use NuStock lotion instead if you can get it. I love this stuff for all kinds of skin wounds, rashes, etc. it is practically pure sulfa so it prevents bacterial growth and has lotions that enhance healing naturally. Stinks to high heaven though.

Good luck.
By the way, If you ever have a bleeding incident and don't have blood stop powder or corn starch, either white flour or a big handful of spiderwebs can stop bleeding. Once I heard that, I stopped cleaning cobwebs from my barn. Looks like i decorate for Halloween year round, but at least I have plenty of emergency bleeding supply on hand and, by God, less flies, too.
I wouldnt seperate her unless they are getting to crazy. Then I'd put her in with a friend. My girls go insane when I seprate them at all. Even if they can see each other... I have one that would injure herself worse if she couldnt get with the rest
Dani's advice is well noted. You may need to watch closely; if she is butting heads then you've got to stop that somehow, but if she freaks out in a separate stall or paddock, well that is a problem too. Watch closely whatever you do.

Thanks for that added perspective, Dani.

No problem! I just have one that almost broke her leg the other day when the others left her and she couldnt get too them. Shes kind of crazy anyway though. I say as long as shes not bothering the wound then leave her... even if she doesnt show it, seperating can stress then and bring on other issues. I use the KIS (keep it simple) method with goats for most part... really with any animal.

Thanks for answer, any idea were i can buy the triple antibiotic ointment, i live in Auckland New Zealand
Thank you
It should be available at any drugstore, I would think, as well as any convenience store or Wal-Mart type store. The brand name here in US is " Neosporin" . It has neomycin, bacitracin and polymixin B. If you don't find that, you could get "Polysporin" (same thing minus the neomycin).
oh, poor little girl! if you can't get to the store, honey helps heal wounds and is a natural antiseptic. my bf had a huge scrape recently, I put honey on it, and it literally healed within days (much faster than the other stuff).

hope your doeling heals nice and quickly.
