    Hi,

What are the typical dimensions of a two-horse trailer? I'm looking on Craigslist for a small or medium livestock trailer to transport my goats and miniature donkey, but the postings all assume that you know how big a two horse trailer is. I can't seem to find this information anywhere, so I thought I'd check the horse forum!

    Thanks!

It depends, is it a slant load or straight load? Is it for Quarter Horses or Warmbloods? Does it have a dressing room or a small tack compartment? They can be from 10 feet long to 16+feet long. Thoroughbred/Warmblood height is approx. 7-8 ft from floor to roof, Width is usually 5 1/2 - 7 feet wide. My friend purchase a lawn equipment trailer with a grated floor and 2 axles, and a ramp. He added sides and a removable top to haul his goats/donkeys with. I want one! Good luck
