I like a digiatal thermometer lol..easier to read. I find that even a day or two after the signs of heat is over they can still be in heat..things are settling down but the hormones still effect them a few days..lets see what her temp says...also watch her poop..see if she is chewing her cud...listen to her rumen..do a good rub down looking ofr lumps bumps and boo boos...see if there is any soreness..

Temps are on the low end of normal..101.5-103.5 is normal range..
I would keep a good eye on both...

Anemia is so along healing process..the iron shot might help your pale girl more than red cell..do keep a syringe full of benedryl or an epi pen incase they react to it..not all goats do, but just in case..better to be ready ;)

I would stop grain for a day or two..hay and green leaves...get a poop visual..Give some probiotics, B complex and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda in enough water to drench..see if that dont perk up the rumen activity..

B complex really needs to be injected...because of the way the rumen works much would be lost other wise....go a head and give them some yogurt or kiefer...: ) they might enjoy that and it will help the gut too...: ) when you get your order, you can give the other stuff :D..

Good job..you can give her the kiefer daily for a while. I might hold off on grain another day, just to be sure everything is up and going well..

I didn't really think you meant to drench, but I just wondered.
Yes I meant to drench lol....But if she ate some on her own thats good too....when I drench BS I take about 1/4-1/2 teaspoon, depending on the goats size and add enough water to draw it up in a syringe...sometimes a goat wont eat the baking soda when they are feeling bad..and so we help the get what they need...I know some do a BS ball but I think that is hard for them to take..I rather just squirt what they need down the hatch lol..
