I have a 2 year old Saanen doe that I got back in august. I have not seen any signs of her going into heat. I don't have a buck but I do have a whether. When I got her she was housed with her 9 month old buck. Could I just be missing any heat signs because we do not have a buck?

Wouldn't she be due pretty much NOW though? Unless she was covered at the end of August. Do you have any pictures of her?

It is possible. They were all running free in the barn together. Her buckling was never separated until we took her home. We tried getting pictures of her today but she is very hard to keep still. lol I will post what I got of her. I guess it is also possible that she came into heat and it wasn't noticed because she is always loud and obnoxious. We never saw any tail wagging (except at dinner time!), no discharge, or pretty much anything out of the ordinary.

She doesn't look pregnant to me.
